How do I integrate Referral Candy with Utterbond?

To set up the integration with Utterbond, ensure you have an active Influence account. If not, create one here. Once this step is completed, follow the instructions below:

Navigate to Utterbond Subscriptions > Settings > Integrations > Referral Candy

Click on "Set up," enable "Connect" and "Apply Discount Feature,".
Your integration steps are now complete, and the Utterbond Subscriptions app is connected with Referral Candy.
To enable coupon rewards for subscription, go to your Campaign > Rewards > Advocate Reward > Coupon Reward, switch the "Enable coupon for subscription apps" toggle on, select "Subscription Option," and click "Save Reward."
To enable coupon rewards for subscription apps, go to your Campaign > Rewards > Friend Reward > Coupon Reward, switch the "Enable coupon for subscription apps" toggle on, select "Subscription Option," and click "Save Reward."

Your integration steps are now complete, and the Utterbond Subscriptions app is connected with Referral Candy.

How can customers use the discount codes?

Enable "Apply discounts" in Utterbond Subscriptions > Customer Portal > Discounts and Modifications.
Ensure that the customer has access to the Utterbond Subscriber Portal.

Once these steps are completed, customers can redeem the Utterbond discount code directly from the customer portal and apply it to the discount section on their subscription portal.
