Dashboard & Analytics Reports

Dashboard:- You can see your Total Revenue, Total subscriptions and Total Active/Cancelled Subscriptions on the dashboard.

  • Total Revenue: The total amount of revenue generated from all subscription purchases.
  • Total Subscriptions: The total number of active and canceled subscriptions.
  • Active Subscriptions: The number of subscriptions that are currently active and generating revenue.
  • Canceled Subscriptions: The number of subscriptions that have been canceled by customers.

Analytics:- Navigate to the Analytics tab. Here, you can view lifetime subscription revenue, projected revenue, total subscribers, total subscriptions, as well as cancelled and paused subscriptions.

Let's have a look at the details that you can see in the Analytics:

  • Lifetime Subscriptions Revenue: It display revenue of lifetime subscription including, first time subscription order, recurring order, excluding refunded amount.
  • Active Customers: Total number of active users excluding Paused/Cancelled subscription.
  • Expected Revenue: Provide an estimate of the revenue for the next 30 days based on the current active subscriptions.
  • Total Active Subscriptions: The count of subscriptions that are presently active and contributing to revenue.
  • Total Paused Subscriptions: The count of subscriptions that are paused by customer.
  • Total Cancelled Subscriptions: The count of subscriptions that are canceled by customers.

It also display the data of Subscription average order value, Average revenue per user and Customer Attrition. You can also check this data for different period of time by filtering it, i.e For last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and so on....

  • Subscriptions AOV: Indicates the average revenue generated per subscription order within the specified date range.

Formula:- AOV = Total Subscription Revenue / Total Number of Subscription Orders

  • Average Revenue Per Users: The average revenue generated by each subscriber over a certain period.

Formula:- ARPU = Total Subscription Revenue / Number of Customers

  • User Churn: The rate at which customers or subscribers discontinue using a service within a specified time period.

Formula:- User Churn Rate = (Number of Customers Lost during period / Total Number of Customers at the beginning of Period) * 100

In the Analytics tab, you can explore a comprehensive graph depicting subscription status changes over a selected date range, including new, active, cancelled, and paused subscriptions. Additionally, you can analyze the distribution of current active subscriptions, categorized by their delivery intervals.

You can also filter this data based on different time period, i.e For last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and so on....

  • New Customers: The aggregate count of new customers acquired within a specific timeframe.
  • Subscription Revenue: It refers to the revenue generated from subscriptions over a specific period.
  • Cancellation Rate %: The percentage of subscriptions that have been cancelled during a specified period.

Formula:- Cancellation Rate % = (Number of Cancelled Subscription / Total Subscription) * 100

  • Subscription Orders (New vs Recurring): It gives information and compares new orders with recurring orders within a specified date range.
  • Subscription Revenue (New vs Recurring): It gives information and compares revenue generated from new subscription with that from recurring subscriptions within a specified date range.
  • Top 5 reasons for Cancellation Subscription: It gives the information of major issue & concern for leading customer to cancel the subscription.

  • Customers: Total number of active and cancelled customers over a specified period.
  • Subscriptions: Total number of active and cancelled subscriptions over a specified period.
  • Top 5 Trending Subscription Products: List of 5 current top subscription-based products that are selling most over a specified period.

  • Subscription Growth: This graph tracks how your number of subscribers has changed over time. It helps you see trends and assess how well your subscriber base is growing, giving insights into how effective your strategies are.
