Bulk Automation
Performing Bulk Automation: You have the capability to update multiple aspects such as Status, Shipping Price, Billing Date, Price, Replace Products, and Delete Products all at once in bulk.
Step 1. Go to the Automation >> Bulk Automation
Step 2. Select the specific event that you want to perform on subscription.
A. Update subscription status: You have the ability to update the status of all/specific subscriptions. This means you can make all subscriptions active, pause them, or cancel them in bulk.
- All: Simply select the desired status and click on "Start Automation".
- Specific subscriptions: Please enter the subscription ID, select the desired status, and then click on the "Start Automation" button.
B. Update Shipping Price:- You can update the delivery price for all subscriptions in bulk or for specific subscription by entering specific subscription ID.
C. Update Next Billing Date:- You have the option to modify the next billing date. Please provide the specific subscription ID, make the necessary adjustment to the next billing date, and proceed by clicking on Start Automation.
D. Update Subscription Product Price:- You can change the price of product/specific variants. Either enter variant ID or click on "Click Here" and select the product variant, enter the price and click on "Start Product Price Automation".
E. Swap/Replace Subscription Product :- You have the option to replace an existing product with new products. To proceed, please provide the variant ID or click on "Click Here" and select the desired product variant. Once selected, click on "Start Product Replace Automation".
F. Remove Subscription Product:- You have the option to remove any variant/product from the subscription. Simply provide the variant ID or click on "Click Here" to select the product variant, and then click on "Start Product Delete Automation".
