Dunning Management
Dunning Management means If customer payment failed then what action needs to perform.
Admin can set the payments retried option When your customer's payment is failed. You can set a number of times to retry options available for your customers using the "Retry Payment" option. And you can set the day after how many days billing will attempt automatically using "Day before retrying". For this please follow the below steps:-
Step 1. Go to Customer Portal >> and click on Dunning Management
Step 2. Select the retry payment number you want to allow your customer and select the day after which billing will attempt automatically.
Step 3. Once they have reached that limit, you can choose any option from the following reasons. If you select Cancel Subscription, the subscription will be automatically canceled for that customer. Alternatively, you can choose the other two options, namely Pause Subscription and Skip Order. Finally, click on save.
