Cancellation Management (By admin and By customer)
Let your customer give a list of reasons to cancel their subscription. You can add reasons which you want to show when your customer will cancel their subscription. (i.e. Too Expensive, Not needed now, etc.)
You can set Admin Cancellation Reasons or Customer Cancellation Reasons both.
Step 1. Go to the Customer Portal >> Cancellation Management
Step 2. Click on the "+" sign to add the reasons & Click on the delete icon to delete the reason and click on the "Save" button.
